Visit the 4-H Training Center during the Niagara County Fair to learn more about the how and why of Home Weatherization and Electrification. Natural Resources Educator Josh Randall will be presenting on the most recent updates to the Empower+ program from NYSERDA and will be available to answer any questions at the event or during any drop-by during the Fair.
