Visit the 4-H Training Center during the Niagara County Fair to learn more about seed saving as a strategy to develop your own crops and support local climate resiliency. Josh Randall will be presenting about why WNY is an important place to be thinking about what varieties we grow, answer questions about people’s own plans for the fall, and describe how seed saving is connected to other kinds of home resiliency like weatherization.
