Reminder: Today, April 7th, applications for both the Regular Home Energy Assistance Program (“HEAP”) grant and Emergency HEAP grant close in New York State. HEAP is a lifeline to low-income households who need help paying their heating bill. Attached is a video PULP has released to help spread the word about HEAP. We appreciate your help as we close out the 2024-2025 heating season. Individuals can apply before 5pm today at their local Department of Social Services/Human Resources Administration, or online at MyBenefits.NY.gov
