We provide loans and other financing solutions for an array of green building improvements including energy efficiency, solar-PV and other renewable technologies, clean electrification, resiliency measures, and remediation of necessary health and safety measures. We serve building owners, contractors, and project developers, across all building types from multifamily apartments, condominiums, and cooperatives to commercial and institutional (like houses of worship and community facilities). We work together with local lenders and community-based organizations to develop financing solutions and provide education and training.
