Lou joined the PUSH Green team as their first Program Assistant nearly six years ago, after joining the Weatherization Assistance Program Outreach Team in 2012. Here, she has helped design and implement customer outreach strategies and assist EmPower+ customers. In the following years, she pivoted into her current role as Community Energy Program Manager and is diving deeper into outreach and education to drive the clean energy transition for Disadvantaged communities across Western New York. This role includes presentations on energy efficiency and clean energy for schools, community-based organizations, faith-based institutions, the wellness community, and more.

Jay Posner

Healthy Homes Program Manager

Jason is the Healthy Homes Program Manager at PUSH Green, and manages the Warm and Dry on the West Side program, and Buffalo East Home Improvement Program (BEHIP). He also works with contractors on engagement and trainings for the Western New York Regional Clean Energy Hub. Jason is Certified with the Building Performance Institute (BPI) as a Building Analyst. Other certifications include Advanced Air-Sealing Professional, Lead Abatement Supervisor with the EPA, Asbestos Removal Professional, and OSHA20.

Kathleen Duffy

Sustainability Program Associate

Kathleen Duffy is the Sustainability Program Associate at PUSH Green. She is originally from the Bronx and has maintained a career in Sustainability and the Environmental field for more than seven years. She has worked in both the non-profit and the private sectors in NYC. At PUSH Green, Kathleen takes her passion for sustainability and helping the community into her everyday life to assist the people of Buffalo and surrounding areas in getting the housing resources they want, need, and deserve. 

Ashley DeMichele

Healthy Homes Coordinator

Ashley is the Healthy Homes Coordinator at PUSH Green. She is an active member of the Lead Safety Task Force and Chair of the Community/Engagement Lead Safety Steering Committee. As Healthy Homes Coordinator, Ashley serves as an outreach to the community with the goal of eliminating lead poisoning throughout the City of Buffalo. With a passion in social justice and nonprofit work, Ashley obtained her B.S. in Health Administration from Rutgers University. She is currently an active member of the Lead Safety Task Force and the elected Chairmember of the Community/Engagement Lead Safety Steering Committee. Ashley also works on the BEHIP and Warm and Dry program alongside Jay.
