Join us to enroll into Erie County’s ECLIPSE Program at the Kenmore Branch Library! This event will take place from 11:00AM to 4:00 PM. ECLIPSE & Hub staff will also be available to answer questions about how you can save $ on your electric bills and improve energy efficiency in your home through NYSERDA-funded programs.
