Stop by the WNY Clean Energy Hub table at Erie County’s Elder Law Day, to learn more on ways to save energy and enroll in to Erie County’s Low Income Program for Sustainable Energy (ECLIPSE). There will also be presentations on Medicaid Eligibility; Long Term Care planning and Asset Protection; Preparing for Incapacity through Advanced Directives; Estate Planning and Probate; and Patient Rights in Hospitals and Rehabilitation settings. Community Agencies will also be present providing information and support.
